SuperBass 73 High noise problem NEED HELP

HI !
I just install A New Output Transformer Dagnall from metro amp.
When I turn the Standby Switch to ON, A Very Loud noise come out the Speaker.
I sound Like a diving bomb, Really High frequency.
Probally a AC voltage problem.
The noise start low and become Very F&?King Loud.
I cannot find where the prob came from, I recheck all wire and semm's to me ok..but I know is not !
Is someone out-there can help me Please???

The beast is alive !!!!
I swap the brow and red wire out the transfo and it wake-up out of his hybernation...!
This amp havent blod pressure since 20 years!

I gonna send you picture of it ...but not today...i have to play!!!!
