JVM 410C channel switching problem.

Hi, I recently discovered my JVM 410C has a problem of no sound sometimes when switching channels via GT-8.
Could it be a cold solder joint, a faulty tube, a defective relay?

I've only had this amp for less than two weeks and not sure about a Canadian warranty, (Combo was purchased in August '08 in NJ. USA, I bought it from original purchaser with Warranty card.)
