EL34 & E34L in the same amp at the same time?

Hey, hello everybody I'm new here, I just bought my second TSL 122 and I've been in the first valvestate head, JCM 800 and 900's in the past too, but I just saw something really weird, my amp arrive with the tubes in a separate box, so when i procede to unpacking them I saw a pair of JJ E34L's and another pair of EL34's, Sovtek ones, I haven't been able to contact the previews owner, so I have no idea of why is this, I' running the amp with two inner JJ E34L's, because I don't know if I can use the two types of tubes at the same time a la Mesa Mark series or Roadking style, can it be done? my guess is that it's impossible, since everybody recomends a matched quad of the same tubes for this amps, however I really enjoy the sound of the two E34L's, Does the biasing change when using two tubes only?

Thanks.
