Problem with Marshall 2195 Bass/Lead 100W Head

Bought this off ebay for around £80, its a pretty basic amp. Will do me for now though. Unfortunately, when its turned on, it lights up but refuses to give me anything through the speakers apart from white/pink noise. Any idea what this could be and how expensive it would be to repair? Also, what are your general views and thoughts, and any experience with these heads? Cheers
