Cool Wah in Loop on a 6100 ?

Hello Guys.

First things, thanks again for being the most complete resource online.
Just changed the tubes in my 15 years old 30th anniv to Cs and JJs, still cant believe it biased it by myself. The thing is just perfect now.

Planning to rebuild a pedal board (sold everything when I was 20) but I have a question for you guys.

How many of you have a looped board including the wahwah, and how many prefer to keep the wahwah between the guitar and amp ?
And why ?

BTW, I am planning on fitting in a BCB-60 the following.
Tuner TU-2 > Phase 90 > Chorus CH-1 > Rever RV-5 > Delay DD-3

Any advice on the order ? Loop or no loop ?

Cheers, and Rock on !

Cyril

I always use the wah between the guitar and the amp.
Why ? It just sounds better
The general rule is that delays/chorus/etc is run through the loop. Wah and dist/overdrive pedals up front.
But that is just a general rule... my advice is always: Try them both ways and whatever way sounds best to you is the way to go ...

Yeah, as stated it is a general rule.
But why don't you try?
Another idea is to keep the wah fixed in a certain position and use it as a filter
Think to Santana or "I want to break free" by Queen

Thank u mates.

Of course I have tried!
Just wanted to know whether there were rules or common knowledge, especially about signal loss or noise!

Thanks a lot, your answers were perfect!
