I'm into analog effects, so here's a couple of ideas:
1. Korg PME40x-4 unit board with just about any effect available. Hard to find but pretty inexpensive. 2. Those little Danelectro effects in the fish shaped plastic case-apparently the circuits are very good, just poor enclosures, switches and buffers-Clay Jones at the Gear Page has a large multipedal where he's rehoused a bunch of these with better switching and a decent buffer and says it sounds great (instructions over there). 3. I've never been very happy with the digital multipedals, seem to rob real tone badly, if I HAD to have a midi-controlled time type effects system, I'd go rack (like the Lexicon MPX-1). |

you could look at the boss me-50. personally the best way is an individual pedal for each effect but i realize that if u want a bunch that can get pretty pricey and take up real estate!
