How's he getting that sound?

Check out the link. The guitar solo around the 5:25 mark. Wah? Phase? How does he get this tone?

Can't tell if there's an effect or not.

The guitar is strung for a righty though.

Yeah this guy is amazing. I've seen him with Clapton also. Anybody know who he is?

He is just using some overdrive pedal with vibrato in his hands. The cleans sounded like he was using chorus and reverb.
