What earplugs do you guys use?

Just wondering what you guys use. I normally dont wear earplugs when I play, but I usually dont crank it that loud and when I do I feel like im hurting my ears. Plus, if I have earplugs, I can crank it even louder

I don't like the normal ones because I feel like they muffle the sound a lot and I cant hear myself clearly enough during gigs or loud rehearsals. So which ones do you recommend? I've heard of hearos music earplugs but anything else?

I stick with the invisible brand.. They never bother my ears and the chick can't see them and mistake them for hearing aids.

I use the orange ones at pharmacies. I dont really care if they muffle the sound or not because I know how everything sounds at loud volumes.

I have used custom ear molds with filters in the past but these days I use these:
Doc's Proplugs: The Doctor's Choice for Ear Protection

They are cheap, nearly invisible and do a great job of cutting the painful frequencies while still allowing enough through to sound relatively natural.

EAR20s for me, they have a reasonably flat audio response & attenuate pretty well.

Gun enthusiast use them. I have a Dillon's.. They're great.

If I'm just jamming at home and want to crank it, I'll mic the amp into a mixer and then just monitor with headphones. Full cranked sound at a fraction of the volume!

None at home as I stand in the next room when I'm loud.

Not sure the brand of what I use at practice; usually I just do my right ear as it's in line with my amp, the bass amp and the drummer. I have a PA monitor on the left and I like hearing the vocals clearly so I don't use one.

at 7.50 a pair shipped I LOVE these earplugs. Can hear perfectly with them in and the band still sounds killer.

I like the reuseable earplugs the foam ones expand too much and are not comfortable.

I use Hearos High Fidelity plugs, they work really well and don't compress or muffle the sound at all. Invisible too.

I have a custom set made from a company called Westone. I love them. They sound like I turned everything down, with no tone loss. I can use the molds with different filters, right now I am using the 15db set, and they will work with in ear monitors too. Best $200 I ever spent.
