Manual title

In regards to JCM800 2203X reissue what does the x mean after 2203 as i have a 2203 JMP from 1981

If afraid it simply means reissue, nothing more complex than that.
I'd say that JMP of yours really kick ass.

Sorry, just spotted that this was asked with regards to the manual. I don't see many obvious differences functionally between the two amps. There are some cosmetic differences like the logo's but that hardly relevent. Their operation and maintenance should be fairly similar. The circuits also both look fairly similar, both run 12AX7 as pre's and usually EL34 in power section, cerainly on my side of the pond though I know some American models run/ran 6550 beamers.
