This is the best attenuator, but dig deep in your pockets:
Ultimate Attenuator I have a Hotplate, I only used it a few times, don't care for it.

No, I do not, but I've read a great review, with sound clips, from someone who commands alot of respect on the LPF. I also know a guy who used one with his vintage non-MV plexi and it sounded awesome. It works in a completely different way than the Hotplate, it's a "re-amping" device...it uses a dummy load on your amp, and then puts your signal through its own amplifier.

iv got a weber mass, sounds good to me but its the only attenuator iv tried, i went for it because of the impedence selector switch, have any of you tried it? if so how do you think it compairs witht he others?
