Wtf........ Help

I just put new pre amp tubes in my marshall jcm 800. While it sounds super duper the clean channel is super loud and the distortion channel lacks in the balls dept.... HELP

First, put the old tubes back to see if the amp works the way it used to.

Then, swap the positions of the new tubes, see if anything changes.
