Really depends on the venue...cause we play festival stuff and bigger halls as well as the bar scene...but my standard around town rig is:

    JCM200 DSL 100 (Joey-mods)
    JMD1 100
A pair of 2x12's with Delta Pro 12A's

I rotate them, but 2 of my LP's
    Heart Attack Strat

Pedal board hooked to the DSL has a wah, a channel selector, a rig selector, a chorus, a Klon Centaur and a noise suppressor.

If I had to choose 3 guitars? Hmmm...

My LP Studio with the Seymour Duncan JB/Jazz combo for blues, hard rock and metal
My custom built Neubauer Guitars Strat with the Dimarzio Area 61/67/58 for the single coil flavour
My grandads 1962 Framus Hollywood for blues and rockabilly

    Acoustic:

My Greg Bennett Samick my parents got me for my 21st birthday with the built in Fishman pickup

    Amps:

My JCM 800 2203 from 1982 for pretty much every style I wanna cover
My Laney IRT Studio for smaller gigs and recording

    Cabinet:

My 1984 JCM 800 1960A with the original Celestion G12-65s

Pedals: Boss Tuner, Boss SD-1 and my Mad Professor Evolution Orange Underdrive to give my 800 a clean channel

In all seriousness, if I had to choose only one each to play with for the rest of my life it would be my Les Paul, the 2203 with the 84' cab and my Boss SD-1. Tonal heaven!

JCM 2000 DSL 50, modded for pentode/triode switch and footswitchable red channel (I use ultra-2 as a solo boost)
1960A with 2x Cannabis Rex and 2x Avatar Ceramic 25s
DSL1hr for home practice (sounds great thru headphones)

2006 Les Paul vintage Mahogany - my faithful friend
2010 HSS Strat Deluxe - potentially on the chopping block, no matter how many strats I buy I just never seem to gel with them. Yet I always get a craving for one and here is the latest (was a great deal, 900CDN, still in the plastic wrapping, with SKB case).
2014 (?) Epiphone 1955 LP Custom w/p90s (great guitar, just picked it up)
Fender Acoustic my ma bought me when I was younger.

I do not even think the requirements constitute a "RIG". Its more like three of this and three of that.

At the least tell everyone how your gear is setup to constitute a "RIG".

Right now this works for me just fine. 1 guitar + 2 amps = 3, one amp for high gain Marshall style dirt, one amp for Fender style cleans, and a guitar that can handle 'em both...life is good! :D

Come on man, explain it. Is it two channel stereo or just plain switchable?

I don't have an actual "rig" anymore but I have 9 guitars and 4 low watt amps.

    Marshall SL5
    Fender Princeton
    Peavey Mini 20 + Orange 1x12
    Orange Micro Dark

    Gibson R8
    Gibson R9
    Gibson Traditional
    Gibson 50's Tribute
    Fender Strat
    Fender Tele
Fender Jazz bass (Geddy Lee sig)
    1989 Washburn
    Martin D-18

Various pedals. I'd love to bring it all down to an L6 Helix, but I've tried modeling for years and just never got along with it. My problem is either the modeling isn't convincing enough or I can't get it ti sound right through various speakers and PA's and headphones, etc. But I always loved the concept of having everything in one box. Oh - and sitting around tweaking floor boards is a real drag for me too, ditched the 90's rack for that reason too.

A guitar I built myself based on a LP Jr and a LP Special double cut > into a Sovtek Mig 50.
Currently using a tremolo pedal and a Zvex Box of Rock for boosts, and kind of like a "master volume" (since the Mig 50 doesn't have one).
