Need to replace the 100k potentiometer in my Dunlop wah. Anyone know who makes a high quality replacement? I know Dunlop sells their Hot Potz type but I'm curious about other brands. And I will not buy Fulltone products so that one isn't an option (Fuller is a complete asshole and I won't give him any more of my money).

    Thanks!

There are a few options. I used a Castledine wah pot for mine. Excellent quality has a nice sweep.

I've had better than average luck dealing with Mike. A few tense situations, but that's it.

Not getting into it here. It was a few years back and it's between him and I, no one else. I get why you're asking but I'm not giving him another nickel so I won't be using his wah pots or anything else he sells.

Thanks to everyone who made suggestions. I'll be checking your links out. Unfortunately what I've since found is that Dunlop soldered the damn pot directly to a tiny daughter board (not using the wire terminal lugs) so this isn't a straight forward replacement. Grrrr. It's a Buddy Guy wah.

Also recently, Fuller took a totally unnecessary shot at Analogman on another forum.

You want the sealed type Long Life pot but,
Note: you must adjust the gear to the sweet spot when you are installing the new pot. Otherwise the pedal may not work right.
