Exercise. My daily cardio/weight routine during lunch break does wonders for my state of well being. The results are immediate.

Too many things to note really; my entire living moment is spent removing as much stress and unhappiness as possible. Life is suffering, and for me, it's about removing as much suffering as possible.

A few things in my routine:

    - playing with myself
    - playing very low tempo guitar
    - drinking earl grey
    - eating curries
    - drinking alcohol
    - listening to certain types of music
    - reading
    - purchase power and retail therapy [buying stuff]
    - watching football
    - making sure I've had enough sleep

Boozing and playing old video games. I gotta cut back on the drinking (which I took two weeks off of work at the end of the month to dry out and quit smoking cigarettes) And I think I'll replace that with cardio (once I get my lung function back..light cardio at first!) and cooking food that's good for me, as opposed to ordering a pizza and wings 2-3 nights a week.

I know how to cook..problem is that I know how to cook all the stuff that's gonna kill me... fried chicken, steaks, (no bullshit...you'd be blown away by my steaks and fried chicken...HAHA) etc...Trying to learn to cook fresh and actually learn to use veggies in what I do (I mess up any greens any time I try to cook them...not sure why...HAHA.)

I'm also lazy... Work takes a lot out of me physically and mentally...and my girl works nights, so she's not around to cook for me every day. (but man, can she cook....HAHA)

    Gear is stress.

I swear the gods of guitar work towards having as little of their playing/tone to do with equipment. It's like, it's there, it exists, but trying to forget it is the task.

Ultimately with gear - you're trying to create something that doesn't embody a anything physical. [sound waves creating emotions that need not know how].

Gardening... I'm roasting sweet potatoes right this instant to go with a pork tenderloin (pan roasted with garlic, lemon and rosemary) - our 3 little plants turned up 25lbs of 'em. It was like Christmas as a child digging in the dirt.. then I was like, holy shit this is a lot or potatoes.
