oh we automatically did...but his policy was the lowest no fault allowed $15,000.

Luckily it is is on my business policy & i have a decent amount. But now my company & his fight us...we way over that number..this is procedure 15 for her..her life is ruined forever in a way...i have to basically be by her...the cognitive.damage..loss of peripheral vision..the falls. the neck can't be hit or bumped at all..kinda have to shield ...she can't tolerate lights too well. TBI are no joke & there is no real medical help. Has me perpetually wound cause it's such a fight...even the people supposedly on your side..they really arnt..they in it for the
money...don't know what i would do when i see him..cause the idiot hit us then drove up & backed into us again...100% his fault, yet our lives are the ones suffering...

No, it falls under the No Fault law. Insurance Company lawyers. But the system is for them. Insurance Companies are basically . for proffit companies & fight hard..& lawyers ..they want it drawn out...they make more. So lucky we have a lil locksmith Co. I ramped it up & its kicking..but i don't have a life. Company is sold soon as her medical is over & curt crap is over & i can retire ,but..i would trade it all....for her to be healthy...she is a singer & can't be around noise...has to leave the studio when i do the leads.

They do by the time court comes around..have to absolutely reimburse the medical...the big issue is ...who do you value this ? is she ever going to be better.,

They even put me in lawsuit under "loss of consortium" not sure what is going to happen. I joke with the lawyer....can I have the him in an Octagon? 10 seconds is all i ask for

Thats messed up, "No Fault" the SOB was drunk.

In NYS he would be phucked for doing what he did and causing what he did.

I wish you both the best!

Correct in NY..we would be paid big..thanks for the wishes. Blessed with a strong family & my music buds are awesome...we continue to crank songs out..sometimes she can only stand about 20-45 minutes..that is how quick we have to get the vocals on it. I have learned to record a lil better ..last studio song...in Oct.. we couldn't finish & she has declined ever since. At home i try to catch her on the good days...but limit the time. Still have the hope & faith that healing will come one day !! Strangely..the lawyer has our music..it's almost a barometer for him to see we can't play out..go to studios anymore...came up with this line for when i testify one day

........How do you compensate..for the missing reality in life ..

My wife and I are not exchanging birthday (mine was in August, hers is December 27th) or Christmas gifts this year. She is taking our son to see the Amazon rain forest. I will be receiving pictures and stories from their trip.

Since you're in STL, take her down to the EAT-RITE diner for a Slinger. Always worked for me. Then take her across the river in East STL to Larry Flint's place.

I have been working across the street from eat-rite since the summer. As I was leaving from work today, i thought about trying it tomorrow.

I don't know if i would take a girl there and a strip bar unless she was to be the future Mrs. Marshall Stack.:agreed:

Well, my wife is VERY much into crafting.

She makes family photo badges; magnets and photo key chains with texted photos on the spot.

Customers. who text her, get their photo crafted items in a few minutes.

She also does photos on wood worked materials............................I bought her a Kobalt 7 1/4" blade swivel saw.

She got here small band saw to cut ice cream sticks for other wood craft items.

She also has a large table saw in our garage.

My wife is wood cutter in our home.

I'm thinking of gift cards to Kohl's, Wawa; Quick Check (for lunches); Manhattan Bagels (lunches) Bob's (clothing store for sneakers); Michaels and Hobby Lobby for craft materials and a gift card for her favorite restaurant.

A few years ago, I got her pajamas from Pajamagram.

    She specifically told me..............."NO PAJAMAS!!"
