you know what time it is.
fall is here and with it the leaves start to fall, the temps
start to drop, the winds pick up, and our favorite cold weather foods
start to hit our grocery lists. yep its getting to be chili time. finally right.
oh and lets not forget the damn first colds and flu's of the season.

oh you know what im talking about. that damn sinus pressure headache,
snot running as long as your standing up, clogged up when your trying to
sleep. then you got to deal with the chest congestion that also helps keep you up
all damn night, coughing and hacking to the point ya gotta be careful how
much you put into it because you know the possibilities of splatter painting
your underwear is always a 50/50 shot at best. yep its hit Atlanta already
and has stopped by the house here to say hello.
anybody else had a visit by the common crud yet?

Oh yeah, we don't screw around with those wimpy 3 day colds up here in the Great White North!
Going camping in the middle of bushes full of ragweed probably didn't help -- so it's partially self-inflicted.
It seemed like a good idea at the time...

I guarantee you that if you go to rio you'll see a lot of thongs. But please.... don't go to copacabana for that. Leblon is the way to go.

I've been lucky. Missed the winter cold and snot for a couple years. Using a saline squirty rinse borrle really helps. It does. Kinda like water boarding at first but you get used to it.
