I just got bumped to 26 June. It originally was 10 June, then 3 June, then 19 June and now 26 June. MF web page now says early July for new orders. I checked Andertons in UK last week and their web page says on back order to July as well.

I'm just going to suck it up and wait.

Sounds good. I'll order from them and then bitch about how their discount couldn't touch the one I originally had. :)

I'm good with waiting. I've had my 2525H since they came out with it.

I cancelled my preorder also. Not because I no longer want it. Just to be shed of looking for availability or the email. I honestly believe once I get it this is my dream amp though.

The MKll Studio? You didn’t like the tone or was it something else?

Maybe my expectations are a little high. I hope not. I ordered the SV20 from Sweetwater and it will be 3 months of waiting on the 19th of this month. It may come before then but... I'm not expecting a gain monster- at all. I'm looking for "that" tone. The tone I've heard on hundreds of awesome records from back in the day. I never stepped up to the plate for a 1959 or a 1987 because where in the heck are you gonna play and actually use the output stage!? Maybe the JTM45- and that was on my wish list until I bought the JVM205H six years ago. Anyway, we'll see and I'll report once it hits.

Yeah .... I know the feeling ... I gotz plenty of amps 1972 50w JMP, 2061X VM .... several and my favorite tones come from a 2003 2061X with an old 1st run MXR Micro AMP boosting the front end of it. Sounds Killer Diller !.
I'm looking forward to the SV20 however...
We shall see I guess !

I don't really understand what Marshall is doing, they knew that those 2 new models would sell in big numbers, why was they not prepared, and in advance built up stocks?

Now any buyers will be frustrated and start looking at other alternatives instead.

They might not have expected this success, yet, in some way, they must be able to increase the production rate, In any way
