Thanks for the kind words. I'll try and make some clips in a few days, when it's properly burnt in.

Cold biased 6550, and 12AT7 phase inverter.

This amp is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G !!!!! The best 'West Coast' I have built or modded. Very tight and punchy bass, feedback event at low guitar volumes. I just can't stop playing it !!!
I really have to make some clips, it sounds soooooo good !

Great job, this looks amazing !
Where did you source the parts from ? I'd love to do something similar, and don't know what options there are for specific parts (chassis, headshell, some electronics parts) apart from TAD. Cool custom-made face/back plates too !
(and Cocorico, cool to see some fellow frenchies here ;) remember you from the guitariste.com days 10-15 years ago)

    Thanks! (Merci ! :) )

I made the headshell and had chassis custom made to 67/68 specs. I have some for sale if you need one.
I can also sell the faceplates. I silkscreened a few but have none in stock at the moment, I'll make more later this year. But I can have them custom made for you.
PM me if you need more parts ;)

    Thanks !
Though I must confess I'm not very happy with the video (I had nothing to do with its making, apart from lending the amp of course), the amp sounds much better in real life and with the right guitar... But I did not find the time to make videos of these two amps so I'll have to build another one !

Ah right, didn't realize you had a shop going, good to know ! I added you on Facebook, and will definitely get back to you whenever I have time to get this project going (it's in the "not too distant future" category). Again, great work on the amp, it looks awesome !
