Somewhat old news. About a few months old. It's pretty much Michael Schenker's V with a pickguard that matches the body color.

TURD. I love my Les Pauls, but it's the same old bump and grind.

I never was a fan of the MS V. I'm not that big of a V fan anyways.

If I was going to buy one, I would like a 58 RI.

I love Albert King, so I've always had a soft spot for V's ... but they look really stupid on me, so I just can't get into them. Still, they're cool looking / great sounding guitars.

As for the RS V ... I don't like it.

I sure do love this signature one though ...

Same here. Young, skinny guys look good on stage with a Vee.

    Me, not so much.

My Explorer is about as wild as I get.

There is much truth in this. An old, fat guy looks even sillier holding a JEM.

I like Vs better than Explorers, although Strat style bodies tend to be the most natural feeling overall to me.

I like it but then again I like "V's" I like the ones Dean made for Michael . To bad they don't do a medallion RI like Michael had before he painted it.

That is a very nice guitar. I saw one like this. It looks like the 40th anniversary V:applause:

Funny, because I see it as opposite. I think they look better on bigger guys like Albert King, than on younger / skinnier guys. For some reason, I just feel like the overwhelm a thinner frame.

It is kind of a bigger guitar and they can be awkward due to the width. Pretty easy to knock in to stuff. I have always felt they were built to rock but not for comfort. The only guitar I might favour more would be a 70's SG in fact not many new guitars are that thrilling. With the exception of the high end stuff thats out of my price range.

Oh, cool, a Rudolf Shenker Flying V! He and his brother are Vee addicted :)

The Flying V Korina has always been one of my dream guitars.
Perhaps someone remember that also Dave Davies from "The Kinks" (other than more famous player such as MR Albert King) used to play a '58 Korina

PS: I'm sure Albert King would have liked my Custom Vee

I think they should release a Doug Aldrich LP:

I always loved Vs. Owned a few, too neck-heavy.

Rudolph has actually owned a V with this color scheme longer than Zakk Wylde has owned a Les Paul. :p

Also, Rudolph and Michael are brothers, whats wrong with them sharing similar layouts? Hell, they both shared a Dean V sig.
