I haven't been on the forum in a while. That is good news. My hand is pretty much back to normal, too. Although a couple of my knuckles are a little stiffer in the aftermath. I can play fine, though. So all is well. I ended playing drums for some months, so my time wasn't wasted.

When I was 18 I had a party and an old friend that drank to much whiskey was cutting his arm with a fillet knife. Told him to stop or I going to take it (I was waisted to). He didnt stop, when I went to grab his arm he flipped knife down his forearm. When my fingers rapped around it felt like 2 rubber bands breaking inside my fingers. Ended up I had to have 2 surgeries to repair the tendons. Doc told me I probably wouldn't play guitar again. I went about 12 years before I picke up the guitar again. I have to give that credit to my good buddy for getting me back into playing. My fingers dont have the agility they use to so my speed isn't the best but I do what I can.
