    Razor Blade

    Written by Mark Spinner

    Verse 1

You’ve got to find the feelings that you left behind

It’s like baggage that you ditched on the side of road

    Verse 2

Catch a tiger by the toe then let it go

When you’re dancing with the devil you gotta pay

Painting by numbers doesn’t seem to cut it anymore

You need an ace of spades tucked inside your sleeve.

    Chorus

You spend your moments suspended in time

Back and forth on a razor blade

Subtle times in a storm we call life

Few and far between they comfort us

    Verse 3

Praying to a god that may or may not listen anymore

Well it’s always been a matter of pure blind faith

You’ve got to find the feelings that you left behind

It’s like baggage that you ditched on the side of road

    Verse 4

Catch a tiger by the toe then let it go

When you’re dancing with the devil you gotta pay

Painting by numbers doesn’t seem to cut it anymore

You need an ace of spades tucked inside your sleeve.

    Chorus

You spend your moments suspended in time

Back and forth on a razor blade

Subtle times in a storm we call life

Few and far between they comfort

I love this! I would track in a "Rainbow In The Dark" type stab synth.
