IMG_2058 (Mobile).JPG ok this is about new jj caps after having them installed after the original ones went bad .
1.does it take some time for them to settle in or form or whatever?
2.is it normal for there to be some new sounds when the guitar is switched off ? you hear some popping sounds like pit pit ,pop ,pit pop ,like popping or crackling . like tar blowing up in a couldron or something .
will it go away or is there something wrong?
    this is a 1989 or 90 jcm 800 2210 100 watt head .

No, new capacitors are good to go. The amplifier should have been checked for any abnormalities before leaving the bench.
Take it back to whomever installed and complain.
And if it pit pit ,pop ,pit pop before the capacitors were changed out then you got jacked for capacitors.

    No it's not normal noise.
It could be a noisy tube so check before thinking it's capacitors....
It is possible for a filter cap or a decoupling cap to make that noise, but more likely usually a preamp tube.
Take out the Phase Inverter. Do you know which tube that is?
Now run the amp and see if the noise is still there.

Wait a minute. If he brought it to a technician do you not think the first thing to do is bring it back and shove it up his arse?

Do you think that most "techs" know how to get noise out of a Marshall?
Or if they even listen to it?
    Maybe.

If it's one of the ones I used to own, you're screwed.

I do, especially these days when I'm meticulous to the point of feather dusting gear that I use at home and never take outside my house. In the 90's I used two JCM 800's for lots of shows: a 2210 and a 2205. I was young and ignorant, and had decided to hack my 2210. I'll just leave it at that. But for that reason, I pity the poor b@stard who bought that thing after I had my way with it. :D

Ok. We all learn from our mistakes. I can forgive you. I hope the new(er) owners of those amplifiers can as well.

There is no such thing as luck. But there is something that resembles what some call karma.
I hope in some light hack can be considered a good thing for your sake Vinsan.
I mean, inanimate objects themselves do not matter.

Check the solder joints. Run the ground of the new cap to the center tap .

    @Vinsanitizer, you liked this.
Hopefully you did not screw someone over with an inanimate object because the female dog called karma may bite you in the rear.
Tell me you did no such thing.
