No Specifications Of Products - Why?

    [​IMG] Here is a switch I can across. CED/amplified parts/ tubes and more is telling us ( ) about the dimensions and rating of the switch...

    It's a 20mm hole and the rating is 250 volt 10 amp.
    The keyway slot on this hole is 2mm...
    I don't install non rated parts in amplifiers....

    I wish they would list the manufacturer and its part number.

    Nearly 100% of all parts vendors: will list the manufacturer and part number...with the specification sheet.
    That's the whole point : disclose all the important information.

    CED does not listen to what the customers are asking for. This has been a major problem.
    I don't have the information I need to make a good purchasing decision.

    Every time I go to buy a part from CED, it's another game of: "where's Waldo?"

    I do not buy parts that often but I know the frustration. If I need something they have or have cheaper without any specifications i try to find it elsewhere. Sometimes you can see the manufacturer name in pictures. If I cannot find specifications then I move on to something that gives the information required.

    I did mean I try to find the specifications elsewhere. I usually would buy multiple items from whomever had all the goods at the lower total.

    That is a nice looking component and easy to deal with if installing or replacing.
