I have owned many Guitars and still own quite a few but I have never owned a PRS.. A friend of mine called the other day and had one for sale Exactly like I would have ordered one. At a great Price.. Custom 24 with Floyd Rose, 2015 and not a Scratch on it.. I haven't had time to put it though it's paces yet. But just the little I have played it I think it will be a Keeper..

PRS is right up there with Fender & Gibson, they are a highly respected company, definitely one of the better axes for lead guitarists, good purchase.

Great looking guitar!! Please do yourself a favor....don't ever change the pups. Nearly an impossible task to get right. I tried a lot of pickups in my Custom 24 and it never sounded better than stock. I ended up selling it.

Very nice. After many years of exclusively playing Fenders I recently got a PRS, although just the Custom 24 SE model. So far I really like it. It's got great balance, weight, feel, playability and tone.

Gratz! If you like them at all then once you go prs you'll never go back.. they're so damn comfortable to me. My singlecut is heavy as fk though, haha.

wish the ones I played were as awesome TO ME as they looked. Note the "to me" part, if you love 'em great. I lusted after them for years, played 4 different ones and didn't find one I liked, and 3 of them were hella pricey. Maybe if the necks were stripped on the back......

No problem. The PRS pickups sound best in them. The original stock 59/09's were the best in mine. I tried DiMarzio and Duncans. Lots of quirky issues around the PRS 5 way switch, the phasing in positions 2 and 4 and needing to reverse the magnet in one of the pickups to get it right. Everything else sounded terrible in that guitar. Even tried a darker SD Custom Custom and it sounded terrible.

If you replaced the 5 way switch with a 3 way switch, you could probably make it work, but again, after my trial and error experiences, nothing compared to the stock 59/09's.

Before I sold the guitar, I put everything back stock. It sounded great again, but at that point, my heart just wasn't into it....
