Tweed Deluxe circuit 5881 pushing 27 watts
Damm brother HNAD
Classy looking!! HNAD.
So? How's it sound/feel? I haven't played a tweed deluxe...
I got it to just be under a Marshall ..mid wise. After spending time with it. The 2 channels are jumped internally so the mentality of a 4 holer could be applied. But..it will not roar like M circuit..when you go to jtm45 right after it..for us M guys an apparent mid punch is just there & if you play a plexi after it..it seems like a toy. But not a put down. I worked with some pedals & got it to the the dirty gain break up i was seeking. It stays together longer than my M circuits. If i was a fender guy, i would prob make it my main amp, I do read alot F guys think its too dirty..if they just back off the volume..it cleans up to a chime like the Fenders are supposed to. What really worked was how it makes it really easy to record 2 guitars cause the M sits right on it naturally. I can get it Marshall like on a greenback 4x12 with a boost & some gain. But it will stay in the stable. I don't have es335 at the moment but i got a feeling..the Larry Carlton -Steely Dan vibe is in it. My 1998 LP 490/498 & 78 The Paul worked best out of my guitars. The pups seems to generate the amp a lil better than a strat or SG.
Yeah that description sounds great!
