Just seen this at my local guitar shop for £150. Marshall MA100C 2x12". Never seen or heard of them before. All valve by the look of it. Anyone know more?

I don’t know much about them first hand. They were not accepted real well when they came out,

I don’t know if that’s because of the way they sound or the fact they weren’t made in the UK.

They were fairly inexpensive. Sorry I’m not much help.

I had an MA 100 watt head. I thought it had nice clean tones, though the OD wasn't as good. But, it's not a bad sounding amp. I wound up replacing it with a JVM, because I needed the versatility.

The amp wasn't particularly popular, and can be had for pretty cheap.

My friend has a 50w MA and the trick is to not over gain the rhythm setting so that when you use the gain boost it isn't maxed out already.

For that price it's a decent amp.

I got a MA50H for $150. It can sound pretty good, the trick is, as was mentioned, is not to over gain them...for $150 a steal..even if I just use it as a power amp, bypassing the pre.

150 is an instant buy. They're good tube amps and great pedal platforms
