    Hi. Im need help.
I am currently using to control the effects and amps channels of the Moen Gec9. I'm trying to configure settings so that I can change channels in JVM just using Moen Gec 9, but it still doesn't work, with other amplifiers I did not have this problem, everything worked ok.
For this purpose I used a stereo cable on one side and split into two mono on the other.
But it doesn't react on this cable or on any other.
Maybe someone has already met this, or knows what I should do
    Regards

Welcome to the forum Boogeyman .
You need to describe this in much greater detail.
There is not enough information to help you. We have no idea what you are trying to tell us.
    where are you located?

    Welcome to the forum.
Ampmad is the one who can help you far more than me, and I am not sure what you are plugging into.

As far as I know, the JVM series is not controllable per external relay switching provided by many looper-switchers, such as the Moen GEC9.
The Footswitch Jack on the rear is a input for the Marshall programmable footswitch, thus reacts to digital commands (following a proprietary data protocol), rather than analog on/off switching.
Instead you could use MIDI program changes to control the JVM. Many looper-switchers do have MIDI ports, the Moen GEC9 doesn't, unfortunately.

Ok many thanks. It's not cool, I thought if Messa reacts to Moen Gec 9 and JVM not :(

further ahead trading/selling the moen for the Boss pedal switcher or one that has MIDI.
I did have the Boss ES5 (I think it was), it did work good once programmed.
But I went back to the rack and just a Midi floor controller.
