Marshall 1960AV VS Mesa Rectifier Cab

    I would try other speakers in the mesa before judging; they come w/v30s, would be a good place to start.

    Hey,
    you should try an Orange 4X12 Cab, sounds IMO so much better than a Marshall or Mesa cab

    It came w/the V30's made in England. I tried them out before putting my 1985 g12t-75's in it. Loose. Muddy. No bite with either of my JCM 800's.

    Could be I'm just so used to my 85' reissue cab. It is tight and articulate. Don't wanna dis the mesa cab too bad as some may enjoy the tones from it. I imagine if I'd never used my Marshall cab I wouldn't know the difference in articulation.
