Sort of a Satch tone
No such problem here in the UK! We have had KERRANG! magazine since 1981.
bit of 4104 Rock and Roll Kerrang
This is my first vídeo that I play in you tube, just a little practice, I Hope you like It.
I played with my Astoria Custom combo using 1960BV and 1960BL No pedals, 5W mode, gain at 10, boost on, Master volume at 8.
I used a '12 Lp standard.
Nicely done and the tone is killer, playing is up there to brother, now you need to bring some more!
I'm not ready to post any videos or audio clips because (A) I'm a lousy excuse for a guitar player, and (B) both my Marshalls badly need new caps and glass so they don't sound as good as they should right now.
Nonetheless, I spent some time with my 1973 Superlead cranked up all the way this afternoon. What fun!
I get the caps and glass but you can’t be worse than I am...
I bet it sounded excellent, because if it puts smile on your face it’s there!
Remember the 12 bar blues? I think I' forgot seven of those 12 bars. Maybe eight. I'm actually almost starting over, but I'm starting over with AC/DC riffs, which isn't a terrible way to relearn rock and roll riffing.
So, I played as a teenager but lost interest. Started up again last October. I’ve watched a few lessons trying to learn more chords etc but I never had lessons.... just picked the guitar up and tried my best to figure things out.
I may not have had the phone in the right location for this one, but give it a listen. Hopefully it isn't too muffled.
Sounds good to me !
It is good to see you still slamming some vibe on this forum.
I know we have bitched at each other but just wanted to say that was righteous brah. Keep it up.
You got some depth there. Now imagine if you had 4 stacks.
Lol I wouldn’t be able to be In the same little room! That DD20 gives such a subtle delay, adds a touch of awesome!
