    It's weird that the music backing tracks for the vocals are the same for both videos posted.
    It's like she recorded both songs with the same music track.
    Other than multi track had not been invented yet...

    African slaves must have picked up stringed instrument music from Scotch/Irish mountain musicians. i.e. Mountain, bluegrass, country, folk... From these influences "blues" music was born.
