I've been messing with different headboxes for my 800 2204 build. I have several Factory Marshall boxes including a factory Jcm 800 box, a short avt150 box, and this one.. an AFD100 box with a made to fit my chassis facepanel. I think this one's my favorite. I love the jmp look. Just wanted to share. ( and no, I' m not passing it off as a factory marshall if the logo offends anyone. Just like to match my cabs..I'm not selling it) 20180415_182314.jpg

Very nice. The late 70s JMP look is definitely the best!

Thanks Alvis. The more I look at it the more I wonder why this wasn't the look they chose when they designed the 800s, or at the least a transitional design in between the jmp/800 series. I know they did a small box 800 2204s but I don't think they ever did a full sized version.

Is it real.....or is it Memorex?

Had me fooled down to the last screw. Looks absolutely real, except better.
