So besides the shared EQ on the OD channels on the TSL 60 does it have the same issues with the effects loops as the TSL 100 and is the voicing the same or are they different. I have a TSL 100 and love the tone but the effects loop sucks period and the FX mix is worthless. thinking of trying the 60 if they are voiced the same.

    Thanks

The are different the Tsl100 you switch from series / parallel if you put the play with the knob , with the Tsl 60 you only have series if i remember right

I own both and none of are my cup of tea.

The fx mix knob should work if you put it at max goes on parallel or in series but it should work, when i said not my cup of tee its because the noise and drop in volume i haven’t play that much with the Tsl60

My '98 TSL100 FX loop boost the guitar signal when you use it. Always has make noise and It colored the sound. After '98 all TSL100 fxloop dropes the guitar signal when you use it and make noise. Just the issues 20 doesn't make noise but if you use effects with vol. Input and vol. Output you can balance perfectly the volumen.

On the TSL100 the mix knob goes on series if you put It at max.

Exist a kit to replace clean, crunch, Lead, rear and mother boards to last version.
The amp sounds pretty the same but It has better switching channels, better VPR (25w mode), much better fxloop, much better emulated line out.
If you want the best TSL100 I recomend this kit.

Yes i set my TSL122 to full up series and adjsut for any volume difference with the fx levels. I usjally leave the loop on all the time so the drop in volume is irrelevant. The extra hum I kill with a noise gate as I llay higher gain and need it anyhow.
The extra features on the 100 make it well worth it to me and an outstanding sounding amp.
