Jcm 800 /2210 Loop Issue

    I just traded for a 2210 and when i use the delay in the loop there is a loud pop when i switch it off or on and it does not do that on my Bugera G5.I was wondering if it could be a bad pre amp tube.

    Sounds like one of the issues some of us are having with our Jcm800 Studio Classics. One of the educated guesses there was a unbuffered loop.

    Yep...using a buffered pedal gets rid of the pop from any other pedal in the loop.

    Ok thanks. My EQ and my silencer work fine in there.The silencer has a buffered bypass mode and it was not hooked up when i noticed the pop.I will try the delay again with the silencer and see if that solves the problem.
