First it was Night Train 2. (I had Night Train 15W. Could not get quality type tone from it like I had expected.)

    Then the AC 4 Watt.

    Now it's AC 10 Watt.

Or should I just go for the 15?

I like the little 4 watter with attenuation. Cab feed is a must have.

I have Pathfinder 10 I can't wait to unload. Paid $60. It's worth $60. Can't sell due to shipping costs. Maybe Craigslist??

I suggest you look at Vox AC15CH
    It has a built in Attuenator 0,15w / 1,5w / 15w

Great amp both for home use and stage

    Cheers

That she blows. All good except
That is the route I’d like to go. I bought 4W AC1 for $200 with original box. I can prob resell $250.

I wish I had not sold my Vox Amps... Here is one of them, my Vox "Mini Beatle" what I called it.. Vox Buckingham Head and Vox Soverign 4x12 Cabinet. I could play both Guitar and Bass with it.

    I found an AC410 for $200.

    Sold it for $250.

Not enough oomph!! My mistake. I can't get caught up in low Watters anymore. I was there at the beginning few years back, own several.

I picked up a Vox Ac4hw1 for about $500 from GC. Had it for nearly a year and it’s amazing. I had bought a used ac4c1 and played it for 3 hrs straight and promptly started looking for the hand wired and an alnico blue. I was also a big fan of the ac4c1. Portable, cheap used $200 - $250. Will probably still be worth it when you’re ready to sell to upgrade.

I "only" have 4, at the moment :)

The AC15 was my main amp for many years.

Then the Marshall "bug" hit me and the rest is history :D

A little fun fact about these amps, the attenuator only works if you have a 16 ohm cabinet or speaker.
