Funniest post of the day and I love it
Humala - bebuhla - zeebuhla - boobuhla - Humala - bebuhla - zeebuhla - bop!
If you own an EVH style guitar are you required to play like Ed ?
If so, I could handle that, but if the same applies to my Jeff Beck Strat, I'm screwed.
Used to play a Peavey Wolfgang. Never played like Eddie only VanHalen song we ever did was Jump in the eighties.. didn't play like Eddie then either. Finally traded guitar away after getting my first Les Paul. Never looked back.
i might be in that pile myself if its striped.
He aint got nobody.
Only if you must play like Lester if you own a Les Paul.
Here are my EVH guitars.. ErnieBall Musicman and Fender.. The EBMM's are fine but I can't play like Eddie so the Fender one is disturbing..
It won't let me post the Fender EVH Striped Series...
Eddie even plays a Les Paul sometimes...!
I use my Wolfgang for pretty much any style I'm in the mood for, but my Striped guitars are strictly for John Cougar Mellencamp songs.
I have a John 5 Series Squier Tele that I gig with & so far, no one has come up to me and asked me to play any of his stuff ( thank goodness! lol) In fact, I don't think anyone ever notices that it's a J5 model. You can see it in my avatar pic.
I would , and most of this motley gang would too! The one that might really get you into trouble at a gig is a white Steve Vai JEM.
You're right, though. Most people won't recognize a signature guitar--just us geeks.
