I thought the purpose of this thread was to suggest songs that actually had organ in them.

Not quite. In fact this thread is on the verge of being hijacked if it keeps going this way.

Exactly. I'm trying to show Nathan some great (but not terribly difficult) organ songs to add to his current repertoire. From what I've seen in his clips, he can handle these.

I didn't hear it. I heard synth horns but no organ. I just flicked through though, I must have missed the organ.

So, are you guys implying Nathan sucks on any organ? or just his organ?

    Peace

Absolutely not! I'm just throwing out some ideas to broaden his horizons.

We are all wanting to chat with Nathan on the understanding that we know what is his centre of gravity.

We can talk about Hammonds (to some extent), we can talk about Leslie, we can talk about Herbie, we can talk about cartoon characters.

Actually I think it's a bit amazing that members here (as a group) can cover all those topics.

    Cheers Nathan: keep in touch.
You know we're not especially interested in some of the topics you bring up, but still - we're happy to talk about those topics as best we can.

It does, actually. I've got a bunch of large tube amps, but 99% of the time I'm using either a Kemper or a Helix.

The amp modeling is really good, too, and I say that as someone who has largely avoided Line 6 gear ever since I tried out a friend's AxSys 212 at a gig back around 1997 when they first came out (it sounded good on its own, but disappeared in the mix when using it with the rest of the band).
