    Greetings my dear Marshall Lovers,

My name is Filipe I'm a marshall fan since I was a child. My first "good" amp was a VS15 (the first amp I've bought) and my only Marshall right now is a 1969 Major with R/T and Master Volume Mods. I've bought this amp in 2003 and since them I felt no need for another Marshall.

In my vault I also have a 5150III 50w head and an ENGL Savage 60w Mk.I. I love these amps and they´re pretty much easier to carry around.

I´m a sucker for Yngwie and Zakk, so part of my heart loves single coils and creamy strats, the other is all Les Pauls. But there´s a kinky part of me that loves pinky pointy weird shitty guitars too.

I´m an engineer and I´m expatriated in Mexico to built some stuff here, actually I´m from the beautiful Rio de de Janeiro where the wheather is hot and the beavers shaved.

Also, I love fast cars, photography, kickboxing and talking shit while drinking. Don´t judge me, I´m a simple person lol.

Man, I'm married to a brazilian so I don't have anything to say about to the local beaver content. They're off limits... my wife is a gaucha (south of brazil, our local texas) half german and half italian... doing anything wrong is like waging war with 2/3 thirds of WWII axis powers...

As the fine poet, hank moody, once said "I'm not talking about a huge 70's Playboy bush or anything. Just something that reminds me that I'm performing cunnilingus on an adult"

    Hi Fillipe.
So you have the Major: I'm thinking that means you have everything you need.
(Pardon me: I think I spilt some of my envy on your amp.)
    Welome in.

the major as is was not a very ¨metal¨ amp, and for years I´ve used it with an Engl tube toner pre amp, and it was killer. When I´ve revamped the major I put a master volume and the one cable mod... now It goes from daddy rock to summoning satan. I was very into the idea of buying a new ¨marshall¨ or ¨marshalish¨ amp, but I really don´t need it. my wife was very happy with that decision lol.
