Hey guys I'm super super excited to finally be a Marshall owner even if its a low end model. I purchased a G100RCD 100W Amp W/ a 4x12 140W cabinet the other day from an online seller and it sounds great on the clean channel but i cant get anything out of the Boost channel. Turning the volume knob or really any other knob doesn't seem to do anything. And yes it does switch between channels. The red light switches so I know it turns on. Any advice? Thanks!

do you have a footswitch you can try with it? Also try downloading the user manual, giving that a quick read-over may help out a LOT.

I do have a foot switch but it didn't help. User manual no. I think I might take it in to a shop. It actually worked for a minute earlier this afternoon but quickly went silent again. It's like there is something loose in there. Thanks guys.
