Hey guys and gals. Picked up a Haze 40 yesterday. I was contemplating getting a tube amp at some point and got what I think was a great deal on it. Sounds sweet, much more warmth than my solid state Fender. Haven't tried another Marshall to compare it to. It's a bit abused, but should be in better care now. I didn't do much research before buying, so wasn't aware they had issues, but I'm hoping I can find some help with that on here.

Well anyway, here's a pic. Excuse the grime, I haven't had the time to give it a good cleaning yet.

    Welcome HD.

FWIW I think you did the right thing here... you made a decision before suffering a paralysis caused by research.

    Enjoy your amp!

Thanks. I think that's true, I may have passed on it had I read up beforehand, but it seems to be a great intro to tube amps for me. I'm sending it to a tech in a few weeks to have tubes installed and biased just for piece of mind, but enjoying it until then.

    Thanks for the welcomes
