Where is OP?
Back at Fender HQ?
If you had an amp for 45 days that wasn't working, why didn't you get a refund or a replacement then?
DO NOT ENGAGE AND IT WILL GO AWAY, BACK UNDER THE BRIDGE FROM WHENCE IT CAME!
not so sure it's a troll...
Looks like someone who's frustrated w/ his amp situation, from the 3 posts on the forum...
Unfortunately, he should have taken it back in the 45 day return period. He should see if they will exchange it for another one. Hopefully, he has proof of all the repair/exchanges along the way. That will help his case w/ getting it resolved.
Speaking for myself, I feel the pain he/she has as I have been there with my DSL 40C. I was joking and having some fun hence the cute funny looking troll Gif
I dunno, maybe. Just no info given in post, simply a bitch fest. What are we supposed to do about it? Seems trolly to me. Trolley? Cable car?
Jethro--at this moment, 4:08 PM CST on this day, November 26, 2019 your message and likes counts are exactly the same at 7,162 each. You should get a prize for that. Maybe a broken DSL40C?
Sweet! Someone like this please. but just 1...
Now you're over the top
we have to wait for the OP to return.
Even looking at the threads, it's not so clear what's wrong.
If Marshall fixes it, I'd think that they'd bring it to spec' & it should be good to go...
I don't think Marshall covers shipping for warranty.. Its the owners responsibility to get it there for service.
This is custom practice, most folks forget to read the little print!
Take that MF'r!
I’ve had my CR a year it’s awesome. There’s lemons with everything. Maybe it was built on a Friday of a long weekend who knows.
People just need to learn to return a faulty amp as quickly as possible. You shouldn't have to fix shit on a new product.
That worked out well ………
Maybe the OP is just new to all this. We've all been there.
I would be frustrated as well, getting a run around and especially if I posted on what appears to be an official forum for the amp only to get called a troll.
You take it to a local tech thats Marshall certified to do Marshall warranty work, no shipping! No repair cost! I dont know why this guy is having a hard time with his situation.
