Any fans here? If not (yet), and you're a human being, these songs will relate to you.

This is really happy / fun music for me (if I'm truthful, a bit sad too), and takes me right back. I don't even know which song to start this thread off with, as there are so many great ones, but I suppose I'll save "Pervert" (yeah-hea-hea) for a little later (unless someone beats me to it!) in favor of two songs ... one for those of you who have a partner you're crazy about (or are at least pining over), and one for those of you are losing / lost a partner you were crazy about (which, incidentally, is the greatest break up song of all time).

I always find when i'm trying to turn people onto Descendents, I like food is a good song to start with. Most people know that from the movie Pump Up The Volume. SO it's fun and familiar to them. Then i hit them with Suburban Home, Clean Sheets, Bikeage etc. Descendents are like the punk rock Beatles. Fucking great songs to sing along to.

The music's got so much energy, happy punk music! Stephen Egerton is one of my favorite guitar players, heres one of his albums, what's cool about this album is Stephen wrote and recorded all the songs and he got singers from bands he records at his studio to write the lyrics and record the vocals. This album is how I found out about Tim Mcllrath from Rise Against he sang on one of the songs and I was like that guy has a great voice who is he, now I'm a Rise Against fan! :yesway:

Hi, I was just noticing you, across the room,
that's a really nice, pretty dress.
Well, I saw you smiling, gee.
I've never seen you before, and I was wondering, you know, if you, like, you know...
Oh, no? Okay, well, nevermind, see you later.
