I have this driver and need to know the manufacturing date. But I can't read the year number properly. The gasket print is 17F?. Not sure if the last letter is L for 1966 or an M for 1967. The cone is printed 003, which according to Bygonetones would only be used in 1966. Would anybody have an idea?
    Txs!

Hi Jan, very difficult to say. If there is no 102 part to the cone code then 66 is more likely in my opinion.

I know the date stamp might look more like an 'M' for 67, but a lot of the 'L' stamps I've seen do have a line going up the right hand side like that. Possibly the edge of the date stamping machine just catching it?

Thank you Brian, no 102 on the cone, but one had H1777. I give it a chance.
