Acoustic player getting into Electric guitars. Only been at it for 3-4 months, so trying to learn about all the gear. I would like to get a loop station to practice with. Have heard the Boss RC-3 is a good setup. Assuming this would work with the Code 50 Amp? Thanks

. :welcome: To the best forum ever, I have no experience with this pedal but what I have seen with my grandsons buddy is use half the volume on your guitar to record the loop then I would think you can then use your guitar volume to do lead over the loop, but as I said this was just an observation not actuall hands on experience! Cheers Mitch

Greetings.. I had a RC-2 and sold it. I prefer a looper with 2 buttons, record / start and stop rather than double tapping etc. I have 2 Akai pedals E1 and E2, great loopers but not enough memory. So I moved on to Dittos. I have the Ditto X2 on my board now, simple to use.

I've been considering the Ditto X4, it has some interesting features. It will give you more flexibility than the x2 looping. Btw, no problems looping into a code.

Keaggy has been using the Pigtronix Infinity more recently looping acoustic. More $ for sure.
