Wait a minute. You do weight trainjng 1.5 hrs daily but only intake 700-900 calories?. You should continue ro lose weight and not have enough to literally sustain your brain.
3 eggs is 210 calories, the shakes have to be at least 200 calories each. Add some fruit and a steak? You gotta be intaking way more than that.
The average resting metabolic rateis around 1200 calories daily. If you are muscled you burn more.
Not knocking the routine at all, just questionjng caloric intake.
Again, it was just a rough estimate. I dont think I've gone over 1,000 calories when I began lifting again... My actual weight plateaued at 131 lbs as of February 2019, and I dropped from 142 lbs since.
Ah ok so a steady heavy weight decrease. Got it. I thought you were levelled out at that rate.
You mean since Feb this year? How long have you been on that weight lifting and diet journey??
I began with the diet in September 2018, cardio (speed rope) and shadow boxing sometime around that time, the actual weight lifting began Nov 2018...
Never tried the keto diet..

I am with you Alvis in 1976 I weighed 130 pounds at 5’10 in 1986 I weighed 196 pounds 6’ tall in 2019 I weigh 220 pounds, I am going to be more stringent on some things, but I know what I need to stay off of. That being one of them

I have never looked good, but I have gotten compliments, and one more thing you pump up your arms a what not , you will have to maintain that size as you age and shrink, you will now gain stretch marks!

not really I just went out & mowed the lawn. I've been sick (still am) w/ the flu, for the last few weeks (since NAMM) & w/ all this rain, the yard is a jungle.
I needed to get up & out & do something, so I figured I'd go assault the yard for a while.
Now, I'll rest & cough/hack for then next 2 hours...
So...after I eat this great Kale salad, I'm out and about with a customer and Im hungry as hell. What do I do, I get two slices of pizza from one of the most acclaimed pizza joints in my town....errr but it was so good and thin crust...right.
Oh, well, I am losing wt and losing some power in the gym so I need the extra calories
It's much harder to gain and maintain muscle mass when guys hit their 50's without testosterone shots... Sly Stallone is on the T-juice and anabolic steroids, because there's no way a 70-year-old guy on hypertrophy and looking totally jacked.

Stretch marks no biggie! I have a few near the front of my arm pits. They fade. I had a friend of mines GF's friend tell me two years ago at a beach bar that my stretch marks looked sexy Good thing my wife was out on the beach and she was cute too.

Thats why you have to have your test checked. Hell, I know a lot of guys at the gym in their 30s and 40s who have test levels near 200...low end. I had mine checked last year, I was 51, and I was surprised it was still at 763 which is at the high end. Sly is on high amounts of test and growth...hes not fooling anyone except himself lol!
A good quality thin crust pizza is my downfall, man!!!
