    loved the sound check videos too. what was the volume set on?
    those things get LOUD so just curious. hear some VH overtones in the demo's too.

    I had the master on around 3 (9 o'clock) loud enough to jam with a drummer so fairly loud.

    Those amps sound awesome, huge improvement after mods. I like the stock , love Blackmore tone but the modded tone just kills.

    Both sound absolutely amazing!! Don't know if your EQ settings or tubes are exactly the same, but your amp has a little better low end. Your friends amp sounds a tad bit brighter. I like the warmer tone a little better.

    Seeing two Majors stacked on top of one another is an absolute thing of beauty!!! WOW!!! :cheers: :ca:

    Yes, the amp setting were sightly different and the preamp tubes and power tubes are different in each amp, definitely effecting the way each sound slightly.
    Having both amps in my hands at the same time was a dream come true, both are just killer pieces of equipment. :dude:
