I need someone that can look at pics of a modded JVM board and know exactly what mods were done and then do those mods and possibly more to my JVM. I’m not wanting to ship this heavy amp out for service though trying to keep it local.

    Thanks for helping.

The JVM410 amp I have in my possession is not modded. I recently had bought a used JVM410 that sounded and felt amazing but returned it back to the seller because the fx loop didn't work and other red flags with the amp. I then bought another used one in much better condition but does not sound or feel the same at all.

I basically need an amp tech that knows the JVM and its mods well enough to be able to look at the pics I took of the guts of the one I returned and do those on the JVM I currently have.

Here is a link I posted recently over at TGP to see if any techs over there could give me some info. https://www.thegearpage.net/board/i...marshall-jvm-really-well-help-please.2124174/

You are better off to finding out who did the work and pick thar head what was done . Get the schematic so you can mark what was done .

Thanks but there is no way for me to find out that info. It was a used JVM410 I got off a guy from Facebook marketplace. He said he was the 2nd owner but the amp condition looked like he was the 42nd owner. ha

He said there were no mods done to it that he knew of but of course we can tell some things were modded on it by looking at the pics. He also said the fx loop worked but it didn't. I don't think the guy was being shady I just think he didn't know at least about the mods.

Just hoping to find a local tech who has some working knowledge with the JVM and can at least look at the pics and identify things that are not stock. I figured maybe someone here knew a guy locally who is familiar with working on and modding JVM's.
