JCM 800 2210 100 watt manufactured between 1986-1989.
Thats a great amp as well. My 87 2205 is one of "them" amps too. I gave mine a little tune up a couple weeks ago and it just came back to life..great amp. hard to argue against the later 2210/2205.
How about a 6100?
Yeah, hate that totally shaved kitty! Need just a little fur!
Lucky, shit man, I’m 51 and miss mowing those hedges...dam...the good ol days.
Dude you need to google Demi Moores 80s playboy issue..it's something to behold..lol..
I'd still do me a Demi.
Thanks for the clip....that bitch does have some beautiful attitude no doubt....sounds close to my old 2203
Oh yeah. That too!!
Maybe a mid to late 70's checkerboard cab with Greenbacks /Blackbacks to go with your JMP/JCM.
Seen it, like it...that nice black bush, she can grow one who would have thought?
If you look close you can see the family of gnomes living at the base of the hill.
I just Googled it. POW. Now I know where all of Bruce Willis' hair went. It done got velcro'ed to Demi and never grew back.
Wait. Was someone talking about amps?
Now You're forever...ah.. .....tainted..
HUH HUH. HUH HUH. You said "taint".
Does it have to be a Marshall? If you want a totally different sound maybe you should look at a couple others. Depending on your budget I would go with either a used, (because thats all you can get) Carvin V3 head. Very versatile, ton's of power, the way it's laid out and all the options in it should be in all amp's in my opinion, such as the smart loop's, different voicing's, extra EQ's, etc.. and the price is a no brainer. The other amp I would look at is the new Mesa Tripple Crown 100. The Tripple Crown 50 was nice and I thought their best sounding "rock" amp. But this new 100w unit is awsome, each channel has a power knob so you can set the sound you want at any volume. It goes from 100w down to something like 7w and the tone stays the same. Now, either of these will produce pubes if played right, I prefer the hide taken off my steak before I eat it, but thats just me.
That Carvin head I told you about is IN STOCK! $719 brand new, but it won't be there long. It really is by far the best deal of any amp.
2466 in high dynamic range!
2555x is also good choice.
I just wanted to be different.
I have both but am currently playing the 2555x. my 2466 needs some attention. it has a crackly sound that hasn't been diagnosed yet. replaced power tubes but still there. need to try preamp tubes. I had another amp that did this and there were some resistors that were the culprits.
good thing about the 2555x is you can get that one new with warranty.
Loved the clip, "When Heaven Comes Down" was the song that got me into George Lynch - I remember hearing it on Rockline with Bob Coburn back in '84.
