I have a '12 LP standard with this pots, I like It.
The quick connect pickups are great for me. I can replace pickups easy.

This '12 LP it's modern weight relieve and I have a '18 LP classic that she is solid body. It's weight 4,5 Kg.
Unplugged sounds better the modern weight relieve. Both guitars has diferent pups I can't compare It if I plugged in an amp.
    Just an opinion.

Traditional or not, I bought one of the new Original series Les Paul Standards 60s and, holy cow—It’s one of the best Les Paul’s Ive ever played. It is heavy but no more so than the boat anchor LP standards and customs I played throughout the 70s and 80s. The fit and finish is impeccable. The neck carve is fantastic. They call it slim taper but it’s not a Wizard neck or Epiphone style slim. It has girth. Sounds great. Has one of the best flamed tops I’ve ever seen. These LPs are worth more than the $2,499 list ($2,125 street price). No one is getting cheated. Gibson is on its way back.

It's hard too make the same guitar for 60 years and keep the models pure.

IMO all of the traditional/ standard Gibson’s from 2014/15 onward are outstanding . Fit , finish and playability is spot on , don’t let those that say otherwise fool you as they obviously haven’t played any . For the money they are all excellent value , my 2017 Flying V traditional cost me £850 new and it’s hands down the best guitar I’ve owned/played . I’ve not touched anything set up wise , still playing it as it came straight out of the case .

I love it , the figure is really nice . Is the color Kindred Burst ? ( to me it looks like vintage sunburst , but we know Gibson has thousands of names )

It’s told to me a tobacco burst and it’s very similar in play, feel to the heritage cherry burst .
    I love them both.
    Cheers Mitch
