Maybe its got two 16 ohm, one 8 ohm and one 4 ohm input. Exactly my thought, maybe get rid of two jacks and put an effects loop in it. :yesway:

    I'm guessing, what should it have? 16, 8, 8, 4? or 16, 16, 8, 8?

nah those outputs are just normal marshall outputs, I believe usa market got 4 outputs at a one stage. ( you select speaker impedance by the rotary switch)
that looks stock to me except for it seems to me someone has taken out the signal caps and put mustard caps into it, or fake mustard caps anyway.

edit- the reason i think the mustards have been put into it from after new is because even though marshall stopped putting them in and then re-started again for a bit before permanently using other brands of caps is because one .022 looks stock ( they did that too, they'd just use one or two..) but the other six .022 are both a different color, and physical size.)

large square rocker switches means its a post 76 amp ( except in canada, I have a canadian 50 that has normal early plexi style on and standby switches from 1977)

edit- the filter caps have been changed too. this amp would have sounded rather good in my opinion. This is PHILx's favorite amp. That dogbox looking one he carries around with the BBQ front panel is one of these later rocker switch 100 4 holers.

I think John Hammond is correct. they are just parallel outputs & the selector dial dictates the tap.

That is one of the cleanest amps I have seen in a long time. I would buy that amp.
It is normal for the 1959 to have 4 speaker jacks. This is stock.
This is for 4X 16 ohm cabs.

    4 X 16 ohm cabs Yes 4 ohms.
One time I dropped a box of 1 Meg resistors, spilled ohms everywhere. But there was no use crying over spilled resistance.

That's a super clean unmodded amp. It's been maintained but otherwise left alone and kept in a clean environment.

It's a fine example of its type.

How to tell that it's unmodded: Every wire on the ST1 board goes where it's supposed to go, every component on the board
is where it should be, none are changed, none are missing, none are lifted, none are added, none have extra wires going somewhere that isn't part of
the stock wire dress. All four speaker jacks are wired together in parallel, no extra wiring going anywhere else.

    And it's NOT a plexi.
