I would love to have both a DSL50 and a SL-X 2500.
I believe the EL34s have more distortion at a lower volume so that's what I use.
A DSL50 or TSL60 half stack would be nice. There's also a lot of small Marshall combos that should suffice.
I have a 2203X and it does have a pure tone.
I think Marshall makes the best solid state amps.
